Good Morning Everyone,

For the Trades Fair Weds 3/1, you are approved to bring 70 students the additional student count above 35 was given by Amber and her leadership. Read this full email please and don't forget students rosters, they are required period.
You will have an Alltown bus (arrival 9:15) and WindStar charter arrival 9am (it says double decker bus fyi), I will attend this day with you. You all decide who goes on what bus but keep classes together please so we don't have issues checking in etc. May not have the same driver or bus each way so don't leave anything on the bus and no book bags if possible.
For Friday 3/3 Demo day (no Keshaun) if you wish to have Eduardo drive his truck and load it up to leave earlier than the bus go for it( would probably be smart because buses have been late). Save your parking receipt, we will submit for reimbursement. M&M limo should arrive at 9:15am to take at least 2 teachers and only 20 students. You will have a different driver and bus each way for this trip so do not leave anything on the bus and no book bags if possible. Batey has said he will join this day or meet you there. I will also provide signage for tables and give to Tom Thursday for your booths. If there isn't room then don't use them.
