Good morning! I am very grateful for the relationship we have with you and the Prosser staff. It is because of this relationship that I am asking a unique request. CPD is currently looking for a location to host their massive summer seasonal staff training. Because this is a massive event, they are very limited to the locations they can use which is why they brought up any connections we have with CPS high schools. Attached is a letter detailing the event and what will be needed from the location. This is a difficult ask from me because logistically I have a decent idea as to what a high school would need to do to accommodate such a large event such as Type 73 staff, engineers, security, and custodial. To me, this request is a shot in the dark, but there's no harm in asking, I hope. 😅
