Hello! I am with Chiro One Wellness Centers and reaching out in regards to providing a complimentary appreciation/wellness event for your staff. We have had great success in the community with our Staff Appreciation Days. We provide health educators who can come on-site and available for a couple of hours over staff lunch periods, breaks or shift change. When we come out we setup is in a staff common area and provide the following:
- Stress awareness screenings/ quizzes
- Wellness tip sheets
- Stretches to reduce tension in the upper back
- Posture Screenings
- Sandwiches and healthy snacks (or Massages)
